Good job! Well done! Nice one!
These phrases are very commonly use to give praise.
But let's try to learn and practice another phrase that native speakers frequently use as much.
” You nailed it! ” – Well done! Good job!
～ For example ～
That presentation was amazing! You nailed it, mate!
A : How was the exam? Everyone said it was difficult.
B : Yeah, that was well difficult but I studied so hard for it and I got a distinction! I nailed it :D
I think it's fine to find one phrase which you are comfortable to say out of other similar phrases and there is no problem with using common phrases such as " Well done! ", " Good job! " and " Nice one! " (this is rather a British thing so I'll introduce this one another time.)
Next time when you or someone you know did very well on something which was very challenging or difficult, please try to remember this phrase and use it ; )

Well done! や Good job! など、同じような意味のフレーズの中で自分の言いやすい言い回しのフレーズを見つけ使うことにまったく問題はありません＾＾（Nice one! はむしろブリティッシュEnglishなので今度紹介します。）
